Tracy Freeman is a REALTOR® serving Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand area, with a passion for helping people navigate life's big transitions, whether that is a relocation, a fresh start, or a move you did not see coming.
After more than ten years as a clinical therapist supporting clients through some of life's hardest moments, Tracy brings that same care, clarity, and no-fluff guidance to real estate. She got her license after several frustrating experiences as a buyer and seller herself and thought, "I could do this better." So she did.
Originally from Sayreville, New Jersey, yes, Bon Jovi's hometown, Tracy now lives in Carolina Forest with her husband, a dog, and four cats. When she is not working with clients or chasing leads, you will find Tracy logging miles as an ultrarunner, proving again and again that endurance, grit, and a little chaos are her natural habitat.
What sets her apart is simple. Tracy listens. She follows through. She pays attention to details and does not waste people's time. She believes in working efficiently and treating people like humans, not transactions. She is proud to be part of a high-performing team that values strong systems, clear communication, and real results for clients.
1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?
- I spent years as a therapist, so listening, asking the right questions, and handling tough conversations is natural for me. I am organized, direct, and relentless about advocating for my clients and getting deals to the finish line.
2. Where are you originally from?
- I am originally from New Jersey; I went to the same high school as Bon Jovi but not at the same time. I spent most of my life in the Northeast before moving to Myrtle Beach almost 3 years ago.
3. What brought you to the area?
- I wanted warmer weather, more outdoor living, and a place where I could grow a real estate business while still having strong community and access to nature.
4. What are your favorite local restaurants?
- I love Italian and anywhere with a really good burger. I am not a seafood person at all.
5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?
- Distance running and ultra running, weight-lifting, spending time with my husband and my boys, when they are around, snuggling my cats and dog, and recharging with faith-based content or a good nap.
6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?
- I am more of an active participant than a sports watcher. I do not have one die-hard team.
7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?
- I run marathons and ultra-distance races, which are longer than 26.2 miles, and I also do regular strength training to support my running.
8. Do you have any pets?
- Yes. We have a dog named Rusie and four cats: Boo Boo, Finn, Fat Zig, and Uttie, short for Uhtred from “The Last Kingdom.” They are basically my emotional support staff and unpaid coworkers.
9. What are you passionate about?
- Helping people through big life transitions with honesty and clarity, building real relationships with clients, my faith, my family, and pushing my limits through running.
10. How important is Customer Service to you?
- It is critical. If someone trusts me with a major financial and emotional decision, I take that seriously. To me, great service means clear communication, realistic expectations, strong problem solving, and actually doing what I say I will do so clients feel informed and supported from start to finish.
