My name is Corinne James, and I am a Myrtle Beach native born and raised, with a deep understanding of the local community and lifestyle. I’m a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), where I earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Counseling. Through my education, I developed strong listening skills and a thoughtful, empathetic approach that allows me to truly understand my clients’ needs, goals, and concerns throughout the home-buying process.

With years of experience in customer service and hands-on work in college housing and leasing, I’ve built a strong ability to connect with people, establish trust, and guide clients confidently through major decisions. Outgoing, ambitious, and highly driven, I’m passionate about helping buyers find a home they don’t just purchase - but truly love—while ensuring the process feels clear, informed, and enjoyable.

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends, reading, and catching the latest movies at the theater. I bring the same energy and positive attitude to my work, making sure every client feels comfortable, supported, and excited throughout their home-buying journey.

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I’m a great fit for real estate because of my background in psychology, strong customer service experience, and genuine passion for helping people. These things allow me to understand my clients’ needs and guide them confidently to a home they truly love.

2. Where are you originally from?

 - I am a Myrtle Beach native, born and raised! 

3. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - I love all the restaurants on the Inlet, Wicked Tuna and Costa have to be my favorites though!

4. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with friends, reading, and I’m a big movie lover—you’ll almost always find me at the theater.

5. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - As a 2025 South Carolina graduate….. GO GAMECOCKS!!!

6. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - I grew up dancing ballet, which taught me discipline and dedication, and I continue to stay active in many different ways.

7. Do you have any pets?

 - I have one beautiful kitty named Emmy!

8. What are you passionate about?

 - I’m sincerely passionate about all of my interests, whether that’s film, books, or the work I do, and I put my whole heart into everything I pursue.

9. How important is Customer Service to you?

 - Customer service is extremely important to me because I truly care about how people feel throughout an experience. I always want them to feel heard, supported, and confident in the decisions they’re making.
