PROUD TO SERVE A GLOBAL COMMUNITY

Dani Diaz is a bilingual real estate agent based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, known for helping clients turn life transitions into opportunities for growth and wealth.

Originally from Colombia, Dani’s journey of building a life in a new country gives her a deep, personal understanding of what it means to start over, take risks, and create something meaningful from the ground up.

She works with buyers, sellers, and investors who are ready for more clarity, more opportunity, and greater alignment with the life they want to live. Whether her clients are stepping into homeownership, moving on from a current chapter, or investing in their future, Dani's approach is rooted in education, strategy, transparency, and genuine care. This ensures that every client feels supported from the first conversation through closing and after.

What truly sets Dani apart is how she makes people feel.  Her clients value her honesty, her intuition, and her ability to understand not just what they’re looking for, but why it matters. They don’t just feel guided, they feel understood.

With strong connections to the Hispanic community and international clients, she serves as both a trusted advisor and a bridge, helping her clients navigate the process with clarity, confidence, and trust.

Driven by growth and purpose, Dani is constantly evolving, both personally and professionally. She believes real estate is not only about properties but also about creating a lifestyle, building wealth, and opening doors to new possibilities.

Getting to Know Me

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I’m a good fit because I genuinely care about people and the decisions they’re making, not just the outcome. I pay attention, I listen, and I understand that buying or selling a home is often tied to bigger life changes.

I’m also very growth-driven. I’m constantly working on becoming better: more disciplined, more knowledgeable, more intentional. I can show up at a higher level for my clients because of this. I don’t believe in just “doing the job.” I believe in doing it right and building trust long-term.

2. Where are you originally from?

 - I’m originally from Bogota, Colombia.

3. What brought you to the area?

 - I came to the U.S. looking for more opportunities and a better future. Myrtle Beach is where I built my home and found my family, which is why this area holds a special place in my life. Over the years, I’ve seen it grow into a destination for people ready for a new chapter. I connect with that deeply, because I’ve gone through that journey myself.

I truly believe you belong where your heart and your purpose align, and for me, that place has been Myrtle Beach.

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - Café de Paris and Zeytin are two of my favorites. I love places with good energy and quality, and I really enjoy supporting local businesses.

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - I enjoy going to the gym, dancing, traveling, and spending time with my daughter. I also like reading and learning. I'm always working on growing as a person.

But honestly, even in my downtime, I’m thinking about my vision and how to build a life with more freedom and purpose.

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - I don’t follow a specific team, but I enjoy the competitiveness and the energy around sports, especially the World Cup.

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - I used to play sports when I was younger. Now I stay active through the gym, and recently I started playing pickleball; it’s been really fun. I’m very competitive, so I enjoy anything that challenges me.

8. Do you have any pets?

 - Yes, I have a cat named Lana. I love animals, but I definitely consider myself more of a cat person.

9. What are you passionate about?

 - I’m passionate about growth, my own and other people’s. I like seeing people step into something bigger for themselves. I’m especially passionate about helping the Hispanic community navigate real estate because I understand how overwhelming it can feel. Being able to guide them and be part of that process means a lot to me.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

- It’s everything. For me, customer service means making sure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every moment. I want them to feel like they have someone in their corner who truly cares, not just someone handling a transaction.
