My name is Leonor Miranda, and being a Realtor in Myrtle Beach is so much more than a career for me—it’s truly my calling. I know what it feels like to face big life changes, to move, to start over, and to step into the unknown, hoping things will get better. That’s why I lead every client relationship with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make people feel supported and understood. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I’m here to walk you through every step with clarity and confidence, making sure you never feel alone in the process. I also speak Spanish, and I’m proud to serve and empower my Hispanic community with the same dedication and care.

My business is built on determination, professionalism, bold honesty, and an unshakable commitment to putting your best interests first. I go above and beyond because you deserve a Realtor who will fight for you like family. I’m known for being available, answering every question, and negotiating fiercely to make sure you get the best deal possible. I believe in educating my clients, explaining everything in detail, and making sure you always know exactly what’s happening and why.

I love working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors, and especially clients who’ve had bad experiences in the past. There’s nothing more rewarding than showing someone what it feels like to work with a Realtor who truly cares. I offer tools like 3D virtual tours, deep market knowledge, and a wide range of inventory so you can make the best decisions for your future. And even after closing, I’m still here—you don’t stop being my client once the keys are handed over. Many of my clients become family, and that’s one of my greatest honors.

Myrtle Beach is home for me—the sunsets, the ocean, the warmth—and I want my brand and the way I serve to reflect that same ease and trust. I want people to see my work and think, “I can trust her. She has my back.” Because at the end of the day, my purpose is simple: to protect you, guide you, and help you achieve your real estate dreams with someone who genuinely cares.

Getting to Know Me

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I’m a great fit for real estate because I lead with heart, education, and fierce dedication. I thrive on guiding people through major life transitions with patience, compassion, and clarity. My clients know I’m fully present for them — I go above and beyond to answer every question, advocate for their best interests, and make sure they feel supported from start to finish. Real estate is more than a career for me; it’s my purpose. Helping people achieve their goals while feeling understood and protected is where I shine.

2. Where are you originally from?

 - I was born in Lima, Peru, which is in South America. However, I moved to Myrtle Beach a few years ago from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

3. What brought you to the area?

 - Myrtle Beach gave me a sense of possibility and a place where I felt I could build a meaningful life. I came here with a vision for something different, not knowing exactly where the path would lead — but that leap changed my life. The community, the beauty, the energy… it all made me feel at home, and now I help others find that same feeling.

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - I love exploring new restaurants and bars in Myrtle Beach — especially places with great service, good value, and quality food. I enjoy supporting local spots that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, because great hospitality inspires me to deliver the same level of care to my clients. My favorite Italian Restaurant is River Oaks Pizzeria in Carolina Forest. Second favorite spot for a nice date night is Aspen Grill. A favorite local sport bar is Tabern In the Forest for some light bar food and drinks.

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - I love the beach, the ocean, sunsets, traveling, discovering new places, and challenging myself to grow emotionally. Whether it’s learning something new, exploring nature, or diving into a new self-development tool, I’m happiest when I’m expanding my perspective and bringing that growth back into my life and my business.

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - I’m not tied to one specific team, but I love the energy of sports — the passion, commitment, the drive. It’s the same mentality I bring to negotiating for my clients: disciplined, strategic, and focused on winning.

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - While I don’t actively play a specific sport right now, I do CrossFit.  I love staying strong, challenging myself physically, and keeping movement as part of my routine — it keeps me grounded and emotionally balanced so I can show up as the best version of myself for my clients.

8. Do you have any pets?

 - No, my work schedule does not allow me to have a pet. However, I know how deeply pets influence our lifestyle and home choices. I always take that into account when helping clients find a space that works for every member of their family, furry ones included.

9. What are you passionate about?

 - I’m passionate about change, growth, and helping people transform their lives through real estate. I love guiding first-time buyers, sellers, and investors — especially those who’ve had bad experiences before — and showing them what it feels like to work with someone who genuinely cares. My passion is service, advocacy, and making people feel safe, informed, and empowered.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

 - Customer service is everything to me. My clients always come first — above my own interests, above convenience, above anything else. I’m committed to being available, responsive, and transparent. I educate my clients, so they feel confident, I negotiate fiercely to protect them, and I make sure they feel supported emotionally and practically from the first conversation to long after closing. Exceptional service isn’t an extra — it’s the foundation of my entire business.
