Hey, I’m Sebastian Fisichella, I was born in Florida but grew up in New Jersey. I traded the Jersey Shore for Myrtle Beach SC over 10 years ago. I am happy to be a first-time homeowner in Myrtle Beach for over 3 years. I have 20 years of experience in various fields of retail and sales but one thing that has always been my primary focus is customer service.

I have over 7 years of Wireless sales experience during that time, as well as 2 years of experience as a recruiter for traveling nurses. With my background, I have learned so much and truly enjoy getting to know people and their stories. It’s essential to me to have the customer or client's best interest from the start and it is the foundation of my success in other fields. 

I have a spoiled 3-year-old rescue dog at home that I love spending time with. In my downtime, I enjoy watching pro and college football an basketball, going to the gym, cooking, bowling, and traveling to new places. I now have my passport and can’t wait to travel to new countries and experience the world's various cultures. I hope to find the time to eventually learn new languages. I’m very excited to help new clients navigate the terrain of the real estate industry. My experience in previous fields has prepared me to better assist my clients. It’s my primary objective to look out for my client's best interest and really build relationships with those I have the opportunity to come in contact with. I always like to make myself available to others and help assist in any way I can. Myrtle Beach has grown so much in the 10 years since I first moved here and I’m excited to see what the future holds and help clients find what they are looking for. 

Getting to Know You

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate? 

- I have spent over 20 years in Customer Service and over 10 years in Sales. I think what has always been most important to me in that time is looking out for the best interest of the consumer in front of me. Even in a sales occupation, the consumer's best interest should be put first to provide the best overall experience. I like going to sleep at night knowing that I did what was best for the people I worked with and didn’t just treat them as another number. This is a profession that is focused on putting the consumer and general public first. It’s our job to be knowledgeable and help guide the clients throughout the process. I look forward to helping anyone I can in Real Estate. 

2. Where are you originally from?

- I was born in FL but spent most of my time growing up in NJ. I lived in Bayonne and Toms River when I was in NJ. I moved down to Myrtle Beach SC over 10 years ago and have enjoyed my experience. 

3. What brought you to the area?

- At the time all of my close friends moved down here and a few went to Coastal for College. I enjoyed visiting so much that I decided to move down here permanently when I was looking for a change of scenery. 

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

- I don’t have any particular favorites, but I do enjoy trying out new places. From Sushi, Hibachi, Thai, Seafood, Italian, and Barbecue.  I will try just about anything. If you know of anywhere I should try out, be sure to let me know.  

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

- In my downtime, I enjoy watching Sports, spending time with my spoiled 3-year-old dog, going to the gym, and bowling at Myrtle Beach Bowl. 

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

- My Favorite Sports teams are the Boston Celtics and NY Giants. I enjoy watching College Football as well but don’t have a favorite team. 

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

- Currently, I am in a few bowling leagues at Myrtle Beach Bowl. 

8. Do you have any pets?

- As mentioned earlier I have a 3-year-old rescue dog named Leeloo. She is a hound mix and loves to find new places to dig and new smells. I’m hoping to find her a new friend in the near future, so she has someone else in the house who can help her burn off some energy. 

9. What are you passionate about?

- At this stage in my life I am most looking forward to traveling and seeing other countries. I recently got my passport and I’m excited about seeing new places and learning about different cultures that other countries have to offer. I hope to start traveling in the near future, and would love to go to Europe first and hopefully see some amazing places in Asia as well. 

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

- With my background in retail and sales, I think customer service is crucial. I enjoy taking the time to get to know the customers I am working with to learn about their experiences and find topics that we have in common. It’s important in any business to really listen to the consumer. There is a great sense of satisfaction when you help solve a problem or navigate through tough decisions to reach a positive outcome. I have worked in a lot of different fields over the years, but customer service has always been the backbone of the relationships I have had with others. I look forward to continuing to use my skills to provide the best experience to anyone I have the opportunity to work with.
