Originally from New Jersey, Jayma relocated to South Carolina to attend Coastal Carolina University and pursue new opportunities in a community she quickly grew to love. Her experience making a move to a new area has given her an appreciation for the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home.

With an education in Marketing and a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, Jayma brings a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and communication to the industry.

She is passionate about the way real estate combines creativity, strategy, and relationships, and she is committed to continuing to grow her knowledge while helping others navigate the process with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Jayma enjoys exploring new places, spending time with family, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. She values authenticity, hard work, and meaningful connections, and carries those qualities into everything she does.

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I am a great fit for real estate because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping them reach their goals. My education in marketing has helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand what matters most to clients. I am passionate about building trust, providing a great experience, and being someone clients can rely on throughout one of the biggest decisions of their lives. 

 2. Where are you originally from? 

 - I’m originally from New Jersey! 

 3. What brought you to the area? 

 - I came here to attend Coastal Carolina University, and now I love living in the Myrtle Beach area! 

 4. What are your favorite local restaurants? 

 - River Oaks Pizzeria & Tupelo Honey are my favorites! 

 5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime? 

 - I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and doing Pilates 

 6. What are your favorite Sports Teams? 

 - Pittsburgh Steelers & CCU Chanticleers 

 7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play? 

 - I play tennis and golf for fun, and I snowboard in the winter 

 8. Do you have any pets? 

 - Not at the moment, but I love dogs :) 

 9. What are you passionate about? 

 - I’m passionate about helping others, building meaningful relationships, and being involved in my community. I have always been inspired by entrepreneurship and the impact that small businesses and individuals can have when they are dedicated to serving others and creating something they are proud of. 

 10. How important is Customer Service to you? 

 - Customer service is one of the most important parts of any business. Every client should feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the entire process, knowing they always have someone they can rely on.
