Century 21 The Harrelson Group

With a 25-year career in the world of sports, I mastered the ability to tailor strategies to meet the unique needs of my clients. Working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, I developed winning routines, navigated complex challenges, and advocated fiercely for my teams. Success required precision, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to each of them—qualities that made the difference between a world championship title and second place.

Now, I bring that same dedication, competitive edge, and attention to detail to real estate. I understand that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I take the time to truly listen to my clients, understand their needs, and guide them through every step of the process. Whether it’s crafting a winning negotiation strategy or ensuring a seamless experience, I am committed to delivering results with expert care and a personal touch.

I love educating my clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers, investors in commercial properties, or those seeking FHA, USDA, or VA loans. My goal is to make the process as clear and stress-free as possible, empowering buyers with the knowledge they need to make confident decisions.

As your local real estate advocate, I am here to ensure you have the guidance, resources, and support to navigate the market successfully. Real estate, much like sports, is about preparation, execution, and having the right champion by your side. Whether you're searching for your dream home or investment opportunity, I am ready to help you achieve your goals.

Getting to Know You

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

-With 25 years of experience in the world sports industry, I’ve mastered the art of tailoring offerings to meet the unique needs of each client. In a high-stakes environment where teams often compete against one another, I listened carefully to their goals, acknowledged their concerns, and developed championship-caliber routines. Precision was paramount—ensuring the highest level of performance. At competitions, I was a relentless advocate. My competitiveness and keen attention to detail often made the difference between securing a world championship title or finishing in second place.

- In real estate, I bring the same skills that defined my career—strategic planning, relationship-building, and unwavering attention to detail. I listen intently to my clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process with expert care. From negotiating every detail to making the experience seamless, I am a fierce advocate for my clients, delivering results with the same dedication and precision.

2.  Where are you originally from?

- I grew up in Anaheim, California. Disneyland was my playground. I studied at the University of Kentucky, and after graduation, I chose to remain in the South, eventually settling in Atlanta, Georgia.

3.  What brought you to the area?

- In the fall of 2005, my husband, Jimmy, accepted the role of Director of Tennis at Wachesaw Plantation Club in Murrells Inlet, bringing our family to the Grand Strand. After several years in the community, we relocated in 2013 for a brief two-year detour in Phoenix and Charleston. We returned in December of 2015 when Jimmy became the owner and Director of Prestwick Tennis Club. Since then, we have been deeply involved in the community and are proud to call this area home.

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants?

- Fave Hidden Gem – Chive Blossom Cafe (Pawleys Island)

- Fave Bang for Your Buck – Chilangos Taqueria (local food truck-typically parked on the corner of Hwy 501 and 3rd Avenue N.)

- Fave Wine & Small Bites – Coastal Vino (The Market Common - Myrtle Beach)

- Fave Hole in the Wall – Thai Lao (Myrtle Beach)

- Fave Dinner Spot for Out-of-Town Guests – Frank’s (Pawleys Island)

5.  What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

- In my downtime, you’ll find me poolside at a swim meet, cheering on the Hamilton College tennis team, or traveling to faraway destinations. When I’m not on the road, I enjoy training for races or curled up with a good book.

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams?

- University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball

- University of Kentucky Cheer and Dance Teams

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

- These days, I channel my competitive energy into running and I love signing up for challenging races. Some would say that I do it solely for the finishing medal. If it’s a big piece of metal, I want it.

8.  Do you have any pets?

- Milo, a two-year-old Maine Coon mix, lives a life of pure luxury—sleeping the day away, devouring his meals, and lazily watching squirrels play in the yard. Honestly, I want to be Milo.

9.  What are you passionate about?

- I am passionate about learning in all forms. I homeschooled both of my sons because I believed in providing an education tailored to their individual learning styles and inquisitive nature, ensuring they had the best opportunity to thrive. Beyond that, I have a deep love for reading and continuous self-education. I believe knowledge is a gateway—it opens doors, fosters growth, and allows me to navigate life with confidence and curiosity.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

- Customer service is extremely important to me because I treat all my clients like my closest friends—with care, trust, and reliability. This kind of relationship fosters strong connections, confidence in the process, and a positive experience that makes every transaction feel seamless.
