Born and raised in Aynor, SC, Mark Rabon brings his hometown knowledge and two years of real estate experience to every client he serves. Mark was in college and playing college club rugby when the Iraq war began, and he decided to join the Army. After 8 years of service and 3 deployments, Mark worked in factories and transitioned to sales in 2017.

Unlike many agents who see every sale as a transaction, Mark focuses on the overall experience. After working with him, like your favorite restaurant, you should feel compelled to tell your neighbors about your overall experience.

When he is not helping families find their dream home or get their home sold, Mark enjoys college football, time with kids, karaoke, and seafood date nights with his family.

1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I had a bad experience purchasing my first home. Versus being a transaction I wanted to make it an experience.

2. Where are you originally from?

 - From Aynor, SC

3. What brought you to the area?

 - After WW2, my grandfather started a tractor company from nothing and it still operates today. We supply grass to golf courses and to these new communities.

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

 - True local favorites are Benjamins Seafood, Tasty Crab, Locals on the Water, Backyard Sports Bar and Grill, Wicked Tuna, and Odori’s Japanese.

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

 - Lazertag, bowling, darts, golf, and Freedom Boat Club!

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

 - Gamecock Football and the Savannah Bananas

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

 - I played football and soccer in high school and rugby for Coastal Carolina in college.

8. Do you have any pets?

 - My Shephard died of a brain tumor. I have a nephew, Dakota, 

9. What are you passionate about?

 - My children, everything I do leads back to them and their mothers. Being divorced doesn’t mean you can’t love.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

 - Every time I go anywhere I am evaluating the level of service to see what I can do better myself.
