With over a decade of successful real estate experience, Stacy Cook brings strategy, market knowledge, and a hands-on approach to every transaction.
As a strong listing agent, Stacy understands how to position a home to compete, create a marketing plan that gets attention, and negotiate with a seller’s goals in mind. She takes a proactive approach from the start, anticipating issues, staying ahead of details, and often addressing potential problems before her clients even know they exist.
For buyers, Stacy provides clear guidance, strong negotiation, and the local knowledge needed to recognize value and make confident decisions. She keeps the process straightforward, explains options clearly, and makes sure her clients feel supported from the first showing through closing.
Her background with a custom home builder in construction, real estate, and design also gives her an added eye for a property’s potential, including remodeling, additions, lot selection, and improvements.
Clients appreciate Stacy’s friendly, responsive, and proactive style while knowing they have a strong advocate working on their behalf. Her goal is simple: provide thoughtful strategy, strong representation, and a well-managed experience that helps her clients achieve the best possible outcome.
1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?
- I genuinely enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping clients through some of the biggest decisions they will make. After more than 12 years in real estate, I’ve learned that every transaction and every client is different. I enjoy negotiating, marketing properties, and most of all, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for my clients.
2. Where are you originally from?
- I am originally from Haddon Heights, New Jersey, but I have called the Myrtle Beach area home since 1999.
3. What brought you to the area?
- My parents retired to the Myrtle Beach area, and I soon followed in 1999. My husband was born and raised here, and his family has deep roots in the area. His local knowledge has been a wonderful asset throughout my real estate career and has given me an even greater appreciation for the Grand Strand and all the different communities that make it such a special place to live.
4. What are your favorite local restaurants?
- Some of my favorite local restaurants are Hot Fish Club, Crave, and Miyabi. There are so many great places to eat along the Grand Strand, but those are definitely a few of my favorites.
5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?
- I love spending time with my husband and our three children. We enjoy boating, glamping with friends and family, and spending time together. During football season, you can usually find us in Columbia cheering on the Gamecocks!
6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?
- My favorite team is the South Carolina Gamecocks. During football season, we spend a lot of weekends in Columbia with friends cheering on the Gamecocks. We have a camping spot at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds for home games, so it has become a fun tradition for our family and friends.
7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?
- I’m not currently involved in any organized sports, but I have always loved racquetball. I recently started playing pickleball and absolutely love it
8. What are you passionate about?
- I’m passionate about my family, real estate, and helping people. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is taking a process that can feel stressful or overwhelming and making it easier for my clients. I want them to know they have someone in their corner who will communicate with them, explain what’s happening, solve problems, and help them feel confident in their decisions.
9. How important is customer service to you?
- Customer service is one of the most important parts of my business. I believe clients should feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the entire buying or selling process. Good communication, responsiveness, honesty, and follow-through are extremely important to me. My goal is to make every client feel valued and confident that someone is working hard on their behalf.
