I am Alexander (Alex) Barrientos, and I have called Myrtle Beach, SC, my home for over a decade, in which I fell in love with this vibrant coastal community. My journey in real estate began at an early age seeing firsthand how my local area continued to grow year after year, my passion for real estate further developed at the University of South Carolina, where I earned a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance. This academic background, paired with my local knowledge, enabled me with a great foundation that allows me to offer my clients exceptional insights and personalized guidance.

One of the things that sets me apart is my fluency in both Spanish and English. This ability lets me connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that language is never a barrier in helping you achieve your real estate goals. 1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

I am a great fit for real estate because of my strong educational background, deep local knowledge, and commitment to exceptional customer service. With a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of South Carolina, I have the technical expertise needed to navigate complex transactions. Having lived in Myrtle Beach for over a decade, I possess an intimate understanding of the local market and community. Additionally, my fluency in both English and Spanish allows me to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for everyone I work with.

2. Where are you originally from?

I am originally from Hilton Head, SC, but I have been living in Myrtle Beach for over a decade.

3. What brought you to the area?

Having owned our family business for over 20 years our family relocated the business to the area for greater opportunities.

4. What are your favorite local restaurants?

My favorite local restaurants are both my mother’s cooking and Walk-Ons

5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

Some of my favorite activities are reading, working out, playing golf, and most importantly spending time with my family.

6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?

My favorite team for soccer is Real Madrid and the Ravens for football.

7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

I started to play soccer at a very young age and played soccer throughout high school.

8. Do you have any pets?

I  have 2 dogs. One is named Olivia and the other is Popeye.

9. What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about helping people find their perfect home or investment property. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the client’s excitement when they find the right fit. I’m also deeply committed to continuous learning and staying updated on market trends to provide the best advice possible. Outside of real estate, I love exploring the beautiful beaches and outdoor activities Myrtle Beach has to offer, and I’m passionate about giving back to the community that has given me so much.

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

Customer service is incredibly important to me. I believe that building strong, trusting relationships with my clients is the foundation of successful real estate transactions. Providing excellent customer service means being responsive, attentive, and truly understanding my clients' needs and goals. I am committed to ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to closing and beyond. My goal is to make the real estate experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, always putting my clients' best interests first.
