My name is Carly Brown, I’m local to Myrtle Beach and areas around the Grand Strand - I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make—buying or selling a home. Getting to Know Me

1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

 - I’m a great fit for real estate because I enjoy helping people through life decisions. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and good at communication, which can help when guiding clients. I believe making decisions like home-buying should be a smooth and stress-free process for anyone, while making sure people feel supported every step of the way. 

2.  Where are you originally from?

 - I’m originally from Myrtle Beach, and I love to call such a beautiful place my home. It provides such a vibrant coastal feel. I enjoyed watching how the city has grown vs where it started. 

3.  What brought you to the area? 

 - My parents moved to South Carolina originally from Maryland. They said they wanted to live somewhere there was a beach. 

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants? 

 - My favorite local restaurants would have to be the all-you-can-eat seafood buffets. Can’t get that anywhere else you go. I also enjoy places with a nice view and good decor, such as Blueberries Grill in Barefoot, Damon’s South of the Blvd, and Wicked Tuna in Murrells Inlet. 

5.  What are your favorite activities in your downtime? 

 - My favorite activities in my downtime consist of taking my dogs to the beach, exercising, reading, and painting. 

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams? 

 - My favorite sports team would be the Carolina Panthers and Coastal Carolina football.

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play? 

 - In high school, I did do sports such as soccer and cheerleading. Now I enjoy working out and physical activity like running

8.  Do you have any pets? 

 - Yes. I have 2 dogs. I enjoy taking them for walks, watching movies together, and going to the beach. 

9.  What are you passionate about? 

 - I’m passionate about life, family, and creating a good meaning within my own and other people's lives. 

10. How important is Customer Service to you? 

 - Customer Service is very important to me, being that I have been in hospitality most of my life, starting out in the restaurant industry since I was 15. From a young age, I have been exposed to many different situations to make someone have the best experience. I found that I have a passion for making others happy.
