Myrtle Beach Condos For Sale
From the far north end in Little River, which borders North Carolina; to about 50 miles south in Garden City Beach, the Grand Strand offers literally thousands of condominiums to choose from. Price is, of course, a consideration - with oceanfront condos and Intracoastal Waterway condos usually the more expensive. If you're looking to buy a condo in Myrtle Beach that brings a rental income with it, you should probably search these types first.
We can offer advice as to which resorts have the most stable homeowner's associations and popularity with vacationers. Some that we recommend? Try Dunes Village, Anderson Ocean Club, and The Boardwalk in Myrtle Beach. In North Myrtle Beach we particularly like Baywatch Resort and Barefoot Resort on the Waterway.

Since the Grand Strand boasts more than 100 championship golf courses, we have condos and townhouses available on almost every golf course as well. Living on a golf course is peaceful, scenic, and often gated and secure. You may have an occasional rental opportunity for a golf condo, but these are generally used by the owner as a primary residence or secondary vacation home instead of a rental investment. Prices on most of the golf course condos are quite reasonable. From the list of Myrtle Beach condos on the right, we recommend the golf course condominiums at Barefoot Resort, and Myrtlewood.
