Riverwalk Condos For Sale | Myrtle Beach

Riverwalk is a very popular condo complex built around the Arrowhead Golf Course and the Intracoastal Waterway in Myrtle Beach. The original condos were built in the mid-2000's, and are within walking distance to the water. The community is located just off Hwy 501; which offers easy access to Conway, Coastal Carolina University, and the beach, about 10 minutes away.

The condos offer one and two-bedroom units. Amenities are excellent, including 2 outdoor and an indoor pool as well as a fitness center. There is also a beautiful private boat dock for the residents to use. Many condos have views of the greens and others overlook the Waterway. It's easy to see why this is such a popular community. Children attend Carolina Forest Elementary, Ocean Bay Middle School, and Carolina Forest High School.

In 2016 construction began on a new section of Riverwalk, offering luxury townhomes instead of condos. These are 3 bedroom homes with a 1-car garage and amazing views of the golf course. They are two-story, with screened porches and all the luxury upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, crown molding, wood and tile floors, and granite countertops. The buildings are brightly colored Charleston-style, and a balcony is included on the second floor.
