Laurel Court at Kingston Plantation

Laurel Court is very similar to Arrowhead Court; another fine Kingston Plantation community situated on the north end of Myrtle Beach. These two buildings are separated by a long bridge overlooking Arrowhead Lake. Laurel Court offers different types of units such as one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. The single-level floor plan can be found on the first three floors while elevator access is provided both for Arrowhead and Laurel Court.

The lodges are attractive to buyers particularly because of their screened porches providing a breezy atmosphere. One-bedroom units are around 725 heated square feet while the two-bedroom units are at 951 heated square feet and also come with two full baths.

Residents also have access to the Convention Center and the Embassy Suites Hotel. There’s also a community pool near the South Hampton Tower along with the "Splash Pool" through the Embassy Suites Hotel. The Kingston Shores community is also accessible along with the Royal Palms and Hilton Hotel facilities. There’s also a boardwalk that you can enjoy.
