The Windermere by the Sea Villas are some of the biggest residential condos in Kingston Plantation. These condos include 3 and 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. The townhome plans all come with bay windows and tall cathedral ceilings. Many units include a big loft that may be transformed into another room if more space is desired.

Master suites feature upgraded amenities including a separate shower, double vanities, and Jacuzzi tubs. Windermere has access to two outdoor pools, one between the south and north Hampton Tower and another south of Windermere. Each condominium has walking trails along with sunset views at the back.

The ground floor opens to great covered front porches for those moments when you just want to sit and relax. Residents are entitled to their own carports as well as storage areas.
