The Boardwalk Resort Condos For Sale
The Boardwalk Resort has been a favorite for 30 plus years as a hotel in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Close to the Pavilion, right in the center of the action, it's always been one of the best vacation spots all summer long. Back during the condo boom in the mid-2000's, The Boardwalk Hotel was completely renovated into one and two bedroom condos.
The Boardwalk tower is probably more suited to vacation rentals than residential units. The one bedrooms are essentially converted efficiency apartments, being around 580 sq ft in size. Some corner units combined with rooms on the side and were made into 2 bedroom lockouts - the oceanfront larger unit having a complete kitchen and the smaller room equipped with a small fridge and microwave. These 2 bedroom units are approximately 1000 sq ft. Most have murphy beds, sleeper sofas, and will sleep 8 to 10 people.
The amenities at the Boardwalk are pretty amazing. They include a lazy river, indoor and 3 outdoor pools, jacuzzis, oceanfront lawn and sunbathing area, shuffleboard, fitness facilities, sauna, parking deck, and laundry facilities. An on-site rental management is available, and a restaurant/cafe is open during the summer.
The most amazing part of this resort is the price! With an excellent rental income potential, this is perfect for those wanting a vacation home that nearly pays for itself. Residents are only about 10 blocks to the exciting new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and within walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Broadway at the beach is only a short drive away as well.
