The North Myrtle Beach condos known as The Pines was built in 1974, and is one of those hidden gems that usually only the shaggers are aware of. These condos are located on 11th Ave North, just a block off Hwy 17, right in front of Mellow Mushroom and Carrabbas. It's 10 blocks from Main Street, still in that perfect area to visit the shag bars, or hit the beach - about a half-mile down 11th Ave, or by taking one of the several side roads leading back to Main Street.
