Condos for Sale at Waters Edge - Garden City Beach
The oceanfront Waters Edge Resort is located on the northern end of Garden City Beach, close to Surfside Beach, the Atalaya Towers, and about a mile from the Garden City Pier with its collection of restaurants and attractions. Built in 1986, this is one of the hotels that were renovated and made into condominiums in the mid-2000's. It's been well-maintained, and has many of the upgrades that were so important during that time period - granite counter tops, tile in the wet areas, and washer/dryers.
Water's Edge was always a popular resort, even as a hotel. It has a heated indoor pool, oceanfront pool, hot tub, fitness facilities, parking decks, and an on-site sandwich/snack bar. A beautiful wooden deck leads to the beach, just steps from the pool.
The resort has an established rental program so if you are looking for a rental investment, there are few headaches here.
The south end location makes it convenient to Murrells Inlet with its fantastic restaurants and the Marsh Walk, many of the best golf courses in the area, and Market Common is just a few miles north - as well as the airport. With a reasonable price and good location, this is one of our favorite resorts on the south side of Myrtle Beach.
