Little River Inn offers nice, yet inexpensive one and two-bedroom condos, just across the bridge in Little River. Many of these units are primary homes or monthly rentals. These are not weekend vacation rentals unless privately handled by the owner. Built in the mid-1980's, most have been well-kept and often totally renovated. HOA fees are low, although 2026 will see property insurance increase, raising fees to accommodate.

The location of Little River Inn is just minutes from all the good North Myrtle Beach shopping and restaurants, and about 4 miles to Cherry Grove Beach. Amenities include 2 pools and a hot tub. Little River Inn is located outside city limits, which reduces property taxes. The complex is pet-friendly for owners, and next door to a gym. The condos do well for investment rental property or an affordable retirement home.
