Little River Inn offers some of the nicest inexpensive condos just across the bridge in Little River. Many of these units are primary homes or monthly rentals. These are not weekend vacation rentals unless privately handled by the owner. Built in the mid-1980's, most have been well-kept and often totally renovated. HOA fees are low, although the coming months will see an insurance increase on all properties in the area, so will probably increase.
The location of Little River Inn is just minutes from all the good North Myrtle Beach shopping and restaurants, and about 4 miles to Cherry Grove Beach. Amenities include 2 pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts. This is outside any city limits which makes the property taxes extra low, and the complex is pet-friendly for owners only. The condos do well for investment rental property or an affordable retirement home.
