River Hills is a popular golf course home development right off Hwy 17 in Little River, just a few short miles from North Myrtle Beach. It's an established community built in the mid-2000's, with mostly 3-4 bedroom brick homes. This location is outside any city limits, so taxes are lower. Kids will attend Waterway Elementary, and North Myrtle Beach Middle and High Schools. River Hills Country Club offers both pool and golf memberships that are not included in the low HOA fees.
