Bridgewater is an amazing master-planned lifestyle community that was begun in 2018 and continues to be added to, neighborhood by neighborhood, including homes, cottages, townhomes, and one of the most astounding amenity complexes on the Grand Strand. It is located directly across the street from Seacoast Hospital on Hwy 9 East.
The homes here are varied enough to please everyone. There are three "Villages" with different sizes and types of homes and cottages. Also along a lake near the entrance of the development is a collection of townhomes. Prices start in the mid $300,000's and go up to around $700,000.

The amenity collection is what defines the Bridgewater lifestyle. A 5000 sq ft clubhouse is at its center, designed to be used indoors as well as out, when weather permits. A huge fitness center offers virtual training or individual enjoyment. Deck chairs and private cabanas surround a huge resort-style pool with lap lanes and kiddie activities. An open park space provides a place to have outdoor music, movies, and other activities, including a fire pit, kayak launch, and outdoor cooking area. Pickleball courts add to residents' many other activities, including over 100 acres of natural and enhanced lakes and ponds.
