Olde Harbour is one of Little River/North Myrtle Beach's most exclusive communities that most people only see as they look over the Hwy 17 bridge. It's a small group of 35 homes that are either directly overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway or the marsh. The entrance is either on Morgan Ave or off Hwy 90 and Park St.

The homes here are all custom-built, mostly in the late 1990's. All are raised two-story beach homes because they are waterfront, and prices can range from $500,000 to well over a million in price. All are full luxury homes, very colorful and unique.
There is no established HOA, but some of the homeowners participate in a voluntary fund to maintain the care of the public areas and a new community dock. Owners can have their own boats, a private dock (if facing the water), or even a pool. The utilities are underground and it's outside the city limits, so you'll have lower taxes on that big house!

Children will attend Ocean Drive Elementary, and North Myrtle Beach Middle and High Schools. About 2 miles from Cherry Grove and convenient to everything, the location of this community is as good as it gets. Quiet, exclusive, private, and yet just minutes from everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer.
Call us to check for availability of one of these fine homes in Olde Harbour, or get on a waiting list if you need to. The opportunity for one of these homes won't come along often!
