Second floor units all have large wooden porch/balconies for quiet nights looking at the stars. Due to location not being inside the city limits, property taxes are considerably less here. Units average at least 1000 square feet, and the HOA fees are $275 for 2 bedrooms, $310 for 3 bedrooms. There are no one bedroom condos in Briarcliffe West.
