The Palms has two luxury towers that offer 1 bedroom inexpensive units with a side or oceanview, as well as large 3 bedroom condos that are direct oceanfront. Prices vary widely from around $120,000 for the small side units, the middle $200,000's for the 2 bedroom oceanfront units to as much as $500,000+ for the 3 bedrooms. All have beautiful private balconies with views of the ocean and beach. They are usually sold fully furnished and ready to move in or provide an excellent rental income.
