Almost bordering Surfside Beach, the area offers most of the same great restaurants and businesses as Myrtle Beach proper, but without the constant summer traffic. It's close to downtown Myrtle though - only five miles south on Hwy 17. If you crave the people and excitement of the main drag, it's just a short drive north to Broadway at the Beach, the Convention Center, The Palace Theatre, and all the restaurants you might ever want to visit.

For your convenience there is also an on-site convenience store, bar, and poolside snack bar...even a small deli. Stop by the grocery store on your way in and you may not find it necessary to leave once you get settled in your beautiful condo.

The layout of the Myrtle Beach Resort involves 3 towers of oceanfront condos, listed as Building A, B, and the Renaissance Tower. Each tower has its own special water amenity, from a full water park to a pool and more in each.
