Marion Williams was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2001. She later relocated to New York to attend the Keller Graduate School of Management, earning her graduate degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting in 2013. Marion's interest in real estate began at a young age, leading her to acquire her first investment property in her twenties.

With a strong background in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analytics, Marion established a successful corporate career, achieving her Certification in Accountancy. In 2024, she made the decision to retire from Corporate Accounting & Finance to devote herself fully to her passion for real estate. Leveraging her business acumen and enthusiasm for the industry, Marion obtained her license as a professional Realtor.

Drawing on several decades of experience in financial analytics, Marion is committed to utilizing her analytical expertise to assist clients in finding properties that align with their financial goals. Outside of her professional pursuits, she volunteers frequently at non-profit organizations and enjoys singing and roller skating. Marion has traveled extensively, working with marginalized communities worldwide, and enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Coastal Carolina region with her husband, Dave.

 - With over 25 years as a Certified Public Accountant in accounting and finance, and more than 20 years of real estate investment experience, I am highly knowledgeable in financial and bank loan terms relevant to the Real Estate Industry.

 - I am a native of Chicago, where I was born and raised.

3. What brought you to the area?

 - I enjoy Myrtle Beach weather.

4. What are your favorite local restaurants? 

 - There are several Korean barbecue restaurants in the city that I visit.

5. What do you enjoy in your free time?

 -I like visiting the gardens in Murrells Inlet for both the scenery and a good walk.

 - White Sox Baseball
