In the above video, I share how you need to approach pricing in the event you are considering selling. There is still a lot of buyer demand right now. Because of our marketing efforts, we currently have a waiting list of buyers waiting for a property that fits their needs to hit the market.
We have buyers for condos, homes and even land.
What you can expect for the next few months:
- Offers on new listings should come in at higher prices.
- The time it takes to get an offer will decrease.
- The amount you have to negotiate will be less.
