As you are aware, I have been reporting on the Myrtle Beach real estate market being super strong lately. The recent inventory crisis has caused prices to rise in some areas. In many cases, we are getting more than one offer on a newly listed home and selling it at or over the full ask price.

Inventory is decreasing in all housing types – Homes, Condos, Land, and Multi-Family
Days to sell have decreased
Prices have increased but may be leveling off a bit
