Military Rebates and End of 2019 Update
Happy New Year!
Another year has gone by faster than the last and the real estate market remains extremely active. There have been people talking about a slowdown yet we see no signs that indicate the local housing market will decrease.
We anticipate a very active market where buyers will be able to purchase property with record low interest rates and sellers getting more money than they did a few years back.
A few things worth of noting:
- The rental market is hotter than I have ever seen. If you are need of renting a property you own, you will have very little problem finding a tenant.
- Mortgage rates are low and we feel they will stay low all year. If you are thinking of refinancing or buying, take advantage of the low rates.
- New Construction will continue to increase. The low inventory is allowing builders to put up more homes without worry about them selling. This does pose a challenge to some areas yet shouldn’t have too much impact if you are thinking of selling this year.
