The Myrtlewood condos come in one, two, or three bedrooms, and have just completed a million dollar indoor pool and fitness center for members and owners enrolled in the rental program. Like the best resorts around, they now have an indoor water part with fitness facilities, as well as 7 community pools, walking trails, multiple ponds, and 2 clubhouses.
There are three different condo communities in Myrtlewood: Magnolia Place, Magnolia North, and Magnolia Pointe. Each one was built separately and has its own amenities and bonuses. All have units directly on Myrtlewood Golf Course.
Magnolia Place was the original condo community built in 1996, and the buildings are distinguished by their beautiful "weeping mortar" brick exteriors. They offer 1 and 2 bedroom units and range from about $180,000 for the single bedrooms to about $275,000 for the 2-bedroom condos. Short and long-term rentals are allowed, and they are pet-friendly - popular for vacation rentals, too.
Built in 1999, Magnolia North was the second condo development added to Myrtlewood, and are made with Hardi-Plank siding and brick trim. Many of the units at Magnolia North have single car garages. Magnolia North condos come in 2 and 3 bedrooms, and run from $180K to around $350K. Multiple ponds give the condos a water view for your pleasure.
The Magnolia Pointe Condos are the most recent of the developments in Myrtlewood, built in 2005. There are also some newer buildings available. These are perhaps the most upscale of the three, having elevators, 2-car garages, a large, luxurious pool, and a clubhouse as well. Condo upgrades include granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, and oversized balconies with water views. The Pointe condominiums are 2 and 3 bedroom units and range from $225K to $350K-plus. Both short and long-term rentals are allowed, but the larger size makes Magnolia Pointe a great residential choice.
Any of the Myrtlewood Villa condo complexes will offer you one of the best golf course developments in Myrtle Beach, and have to be seen to fully appreciate the lifestyle they offer.
