Pottery Landing, Conway, SC Homes for Sale
Pottery Landing is probably the finest gated waterfront community in Conway. Originally developed in the mid-2000's, the custom homes here are all ages, from 10 to some more recently constructed (2017).
Most of the established homes are two or even three stories and can be brick, vinyl or Hardi-Plank, stone, or mixed. They are all upscale and even luxury homes, usually four or five bedrooms.
Some of the homes are facing the Waccamaw River, and others back up to the wildlife refuge that borders the community. The amenities of Pottery Landing are amazing. A half-acre lake is stocked with fish for the homes that don't have a water view. There is a community boat lift, floating dock, clubhouse, pool, and a gazebo.
Children that live in Pottery Landing will attend South Conway Elementary, Black Water Middle School, and the coveted Carolina Forest High School. Many families move to this part of the Strand just to have their kids attend this award-winning school.
