The location of The Landing at Astoria Park is also excellent, just off Highway 90, near International Drive, Highway 31, and Highway 22. It's only 11 miles to the beach, close to the Conway Riverwalk, and many good restaurants. Property taxes are low, being outside any city limits. Utilities are also underground, keeping the curb appeal clean and beautiful.
