In 2022, D R Horton developed an addition to the established community of Astoria Park, called The Landing, with 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes starting at around $279,000. The new homes have 12 floorplans of single and two stories, ranging in size from 1343 to 2713 sq ft. Like the original, D R Horton's homes have natural gas, with great standard features such as stone countertops, chef's kitchens, and luxury baths. There are several large ponds in The Landing, and many of these homes have water views.
