Elmhurst is a popular subdivision in central Conway, located off Hwy 501 and Medlen Parkway. The original builder was Exclusive Builder Corp, a respected local family company that is well-known for the quality, value, and energy-efficient homes they build.

Originally developed around 2008, there have been several phases of building, so you may find any age home between 2008 and 2022.
