Astoria Park is a very large subdivision off Highway 90, near International Drive. It was developed in 2018 by H&H Homes, and has continued with multiple builders. In 2022, D R Horton added a new section called The Landing at Astoria Park. This is a natural gas community with several lakes and large ponds, offering water views from many of the homes. Astoria Park is outside any city limits with underground utilities and a great location - minutes from Myrtle Beach and a few miles from Conway's downtown and the Conway Riverwallk. Property taxes are lower than average.
The original homes here were built with many standard features such as walk-in closets, granite countertops, tankless gas water heaters, designer kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and trey ceilings. They all have electric garages, and are situated around a beautiful large pond. You'll find one and two-story, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, with prices ranging from just under $300,000 to about $500,000. There is a very small HOA fee, well under $100 a year.
Kids attend Waccamaw Elementary, Black Water Middle School, and the highly desired Carolina Forest High School. Whether you want an established home, a new home that's move-in-ready, or new construction, Astoria Park will have the perfect home for you. The original homes are harder to find and more expensive, so if you like one of those better, be sure and get on a waiting list. Call us for more information or a tour of the community.
