The loosely defined Country Club of Conway community is located along Country Club Drive in Conway, and adjacent to the old Conway Country Club and Golf course from which it was named. The entire golf facility was closed in 2018, and the land purchased by Beverly Home Builders. They plan to build a new neighborhood of homes, and the pool and tennis courts have been closed. We are not sure if there will be a new pool or amenities built at this time. As soon as we find out, we'll update this community page.
The present houses can be of any age from 1994 to recent years, from ranch styles to two-story homes, ranging in price from just over $100,000 to $250 or more for a few larger ones. There are some 2-story homes with mother-in-law suites to be had occasionally. Beverly Homes built in Tiger Grand and Jessica Lakes, if you care to see an example of what's to come.
Homes on one end of the community are serviced by Conway Elementary School, Conway Middle School, and Conway High School. The other end of Country Club Rd is serviced by Homewood Elementary School, Whittemore Park Middle School, and Conway High School. There is no HOA and no HOA fees. Some will appreciate this! It's also less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, downtown Conway, the restaurants, and Riverwalk.
