Another new home community is in development in Conway, from Ameri-Built Homes, whose motto is "building homes as unique and special as the families who buy them, from cozy to spacious and from practical to luxurious." St John's Ridge is located off Hwy 501 just past Conway High School. It was originally started in 2015 and is expanding.
Among the many other features of St John's Ridge, this community will have a fishing lake, streets with lighted sidewalks, underground utilities, and sodded yards. Each home will have a large shade tree and a lamp post. You will be able to know your neighbors and enjoy a safe and friendly neighborhood. Many of the homes overlook a sparkling lake on the border of a nature preserve which is also part of the development.
There are eleven floorplans to choose from, and all are 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes. Square footage ranges from 1286 to 2194 sq ft. Prices will start at just over $100,000 and go up to around $150 for the largest. Homes with a garage start at $113,900. You will also find a few established homes for sale in St. John's Ridge. Features like granite countertops and wood flooring are standard in some models.
