Indigo Bay Homes in Carolina Forest
Indigo Bay is a gated master-planned community built around a 56-acre lake in the Carolina Forest district. It was developed around 2019 by both H&H Homes and Ryan Homes, with 330 natural gas homes, both lakefront and forested sites, and an amenities center that is second to none.
The lake in Indigo Bay provides kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and other water fun. A two-story clubhouse accents the gorgeous community pool, and offers a fitness center, tennis courts, screened porches, and picnic areas. You'll even find a dog park for your fur babies. Golf carts are allowed and add to the fun.
Homes here will vary with two builders, some two-story, 3 to 5 bedrooms, and extra large landscaped lots. One thing you'll see a lot of is flowers.
