Keighley Estates Homes in Aynor

Originally developed in 2005, Keighley Estates was one of the most exclusive communities in Aynor or Conway as well. The older homes here are large and brick, custom-built on half-acre lots with mature trees and landscaped yards. All are unique, both single and two-story, with older upgrades such as hardwood flooring, formal dining rooms, large front and back porches, and often fenced-in property. Three and four-bedroom homes of the older type range in price from around the high $300,000's to $600,000.

More homes were added to the development in 2016, also large, with large lots, and mostly vinyl siding. They will have the newer open floorplans, vaulted or trey ceilings, designer kitchens, walk-in closets, and extra-large garages. These newer homes will range around $380,000 to $500,000.

Children will attend desired Aynor Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The development is outside the city limits so taxes are lower.
