Jessica Lakes is a large community off Hwy 90 and Hwy 501 in Conway. Originally developed in 2006, DR Horton homes expanded and added homes in 2013-2014. Most homes are 3-4 bedrooms, both ranch and two-story, with a few larger homes.
The community surrounds a series of small lakes, and many of the homes have a backyard view of the water. Others have a patio with a landscaping, wooded areas, or a privacy fence. Some homes have screened porches, fireplaces, and all the upgrades like granite countertops and hardwood flooring. There are many types of homes and designs.
Jessica Lakes is close to the beach, shopping, dining, Coastal Carolina College, Horry-Georgetown Technical College, and it is one of the most popular communities in the Grand Strand.
