Originally billed as "golf condos", the condos for sale at Deerfield Plantation lost their golf course, Deer Track in the early 2000's. In any event, the huge amount of beautiful condos available are still landscaped well, offer pools and tennis facilities, and are extremely affordable. Deerfield sprawls all the way from Hwy 17 Business to Highway 17 Bypass, and the condos closest to the entrance on Business 17 are quite near the ocean.
