One of D R Horton's new developments is a master-planned community called The Farm at Timberlake, located on the south end of Myrtle Beach on Hwy 707 at Hwy 17 Bypass. The subdivision will have two neighborhoods with single-family homes ranging from around 1600 square feet to 3764 square feet.
