New Homes for Sale in the Farm at Timberlake
One of D R Horton's new developments is a master-planned community called The Farm at Timberlake, located on the south end of Myrtle Beach on Hwy 707 at Hwy 17 Bypass. The subdivision will have two neighborhoods with single-family homes ranging from around 1600 square feet to 3764 square feet.
The Farm's residents will have all the best amenities including a large clubhouse with pool, fitness facilities, a playground, and a huge 12-acre lake that it will be built around. Children will attend St James Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.
