Brynfield Park was developed in 2005-2006 by Beazer Homes, and is located off Hwy 707 in south Myrtle Beach. The subdivision is outside the city limits near Socastee, and convenient to Hwy 544, Business 17, and the Coastal Grand Mall.
The homes in this large community are some of Beazer's nicest, with landscaped yards, covered patios, Florida rooms, and views of several lakes that wind throughout the development. Residents enjoy a community pool and playground as well as a peaceful, well-maintained neighborhood. Children attend Burgess Elementary, and St James Middle and High Schools.
Homes are three and 4 bedrooms with all the expected upgrades. Depending on the model, you will find designer kitchens with granite countertops and stainless appliances, glass showers and tile floors, wood laminate or lush carpeting, and lots of windows that bring in the light to accent Carolina rooms and vaulted ceilings.
Prices range from around $200,000 to just under $280,000, depending on the size and lot size. Like most of the Beazer developments, you get a lot of home for the money. Square footage starts about 1600 sq ft to nearly 3000 sq ft for the larger homes. Being located outside the city limits also means lower taxes and less traffic. But residents are still just a short drive to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
