Stono Village at Hunters Ridge
Hunters Ridge is a community off Forestbrook Rd that stretches in all directions around the Forestbrook schools. Stono Village is one of its subdivisions, built around 2005. The community offers 2 large ponds for water views, a community pool, and a location that can't be topped.
These homes are very affordable as well, 2 and 3-bedroom patio-style homes, ranging from 1100 sq ft to 1500 sq ft starting at around $200,000. Most homes have two-car semi-detached garages and all the upgrades.
A big reason Hunters Ridge is popular is because of its proximity to the schools. Forestbrook Elementary and Middle School are just minutes up the road, and Socastee High School is nearby as well. Although far away from the tourist traffic, the homes of Hunters Ridge are just a short drive away from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
