Pebble Landing is a pretty little subdivision of around 50 homes, developed in 2015, off McCormick Rd and Forestbrook Rd. It's a very family-friendly "outdoor" community, with well-kept streets, manicured lawns, large 1/4 to 1/2 acre lots, and plenty of greenery. One side of the development has a beautiful lake with a fountain, providing some of the houses with a perfect water view from the backyard. Walking trails surround the lake, allowing residents to enjoy nature and the wildlife that loves the water. The utilities are underground as are most of the Forestbrook neighborhoods, adding to the curb appeal.

The homes here are 3 and 4 bedrooms, most with vinyl siding, and have all the upgrades you would expect from homes built in the last decade. You can expect to find designer kitchens with stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and premium flooring. Some have opted to utilize solar power and help climate change and save money. Many of the yards are fenced in with white privacy fences, and the lots are large enough to install a private pool.

Pebble Landing has no pool or amenities, but owners are allowed to have golf carts, and the Forestbrook Pool and Clubhouse are nearby, so residents can pay a reasonable fee to use the main facilities. Kids attend Forestbrook Elementary and Middle School, and Socastee High School, which are all conveniently nearby, as are several main highways providing access to restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, and the beach. Like all of Forestbrook, the location is excellent.
