Double C Ranch Estates Homes

Double C Ranch Estates was created in the early 2000's as a one-of-a-kind gated community, based around a horse stable and owners who love having their pony a block away so they can visit any time they want. Over the past few years however, the 20 stall barn and equestrian facilities at the front of the community remain vacant. 

One of the main features today is the exclusive, boutique feel of the neighborhood.  The Socastee Creek backs up to some of the homes, offering fishing and access to the Intracoastal Waterway by boat.

The homes in Double C Ranch are large luxury estate homes, custom built, with extra large lots and all the upgrades. The majority of the homes were built around 2006, but some are newer. Many are "Ponderosa-style" ranch homes with wrap-around porches, huge multi-car garages, backyard entertainment areas, and even private pools. The single or multi-level homes are 4, 5, or 6+ bedrooms. Fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and elaborate designer kitchens complete the package. Kids attend the Forestbrook schools and Socastee High School.

Like all the Forestbrook communities, Double C Ranch Estates homes are minutes from all the highways, the Airport, Mall, and the beach. You can even take your boat down to North Myrtle Beach, anchor at one of the Marina restaurants there, and enjoy a live band and dinner.
