Hunters Ridge is a community off Forestbrook Rd that stretches in all directions around the Forestbrook schools. The homes were built in phases starting around 1997, by different builders and continue today. The sizes, types, and prices vary widely from one end to the other of the development, ranging from as low as $200,000 to nearly a million in the newer sections. Another reason Hunters Ridge is popular is because of the proximity to the schools. Forestbrook Elementary and Middle School are just minutes up the road, and Socastee High School is convenient.
