Lennar is offering 2 groups of floorplans. The Arbor Collection of four plans will be priced from $456,000 to $493,000. The Coastal Collection of 4 plans runs from $473-$673,000. A group of townhomes is also planned with 2 floorplans for around $350,000. Children in the Pine Lakes community attend Ocean Bay Elementary and Middle Schools, and Myrtle Beach High School.
