New Homes in Wren Bay Coming Soon
One of the Grand Strand's finest builders, Sabal Homes, is planning a new development called Wren Bay. Plans are for 141 homesites located off McDowell Shortcut Rd in Murrells Inlet, not far from Prince Creek and the TPC Golf Club.
They anticipate Wren Bay to begin pre-sales in June 2019, and are finalizing the models and siteplan. Pictured here is the model home Sabal is using as an example.
Wren Bay promises to be another great community like Longwood Bay in Prince Creek. Plans include a beautiful pool, ponds scattered throughout, and some homes that offer a view of the TPC golf course.
