Middlebrooke will be developed on approximately 150 acres, the former site of the Indian Wells Golf Course, a beloved golf destination in Murrells Inlet that originally opened in 1984. In 2003, acclaimed golf course architect Gene Hamm redesigned the course to improve its layout and playability. The Indian Wells Golf Club ultimately closed its doors in December 2019, paving the way for this exciting new residential development.
