Hamilton Estates, Murrells Inlet SC Homes for Sale
Hamilton Estates is a community in Murrells Inlet, with affordable, mostly ranch style homes. It was developed around 2005, and has a large pond that many homes enjoy. For those needing a starter home, this is the perfect place to look, as almost all are two and three bedrooms with an average price of $250,000.
With no pool or clubhouse, the HOA fees are almost nonexistent - just maintenance for entrance signs and the pond. It's outside the city limits so property taxes will be lower as well. Children will attend Saint James Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.
The community is located right off Hwy 17 Bypass at McDowell Shortcut Rd, and is close to the Indigo Creek Golf Course. Garden City Beach and the Marshwalk are a short drive away, as well as many of the best restaurants in the Grand Strand.
